Prevention – First Youth Mental Health
iThrives is a youth mental-health nonprofit dedicated to early, stigma-free emotional support giving young people tools to feel strong, seen, and supported long before they reach a crisis.

Why We Can’t Wait
Too many young people are struggling in silence. They are often told to “be strong” or “tough it out,” while systems wait until they break to step in.
We don’t wait for pain to become visible. We show up before they need to prove they are hurting.
Has been diagnosed with a mental, emotional, or behavioral health condition.
Report unmet mental-health needs, even when they ask for help.
Struggle with mental or behavioral challenges and many neve receive support.
Our Approach
Most youth mental-health support appears after a breakdown.
Our model shifts the focus to prevention, using early identification and resilience-building

We train parents, teachers, and caregivers to recognize early signs of emotional struggle and act sooner.

We build resilience by strengthening the whole child, providing tools for regulation, coping, and self-awareness.

Digital and AI-driven tools will make support easy to access, private, and stigma-free. No barriers. No waiting lists. No shame.
Thrive Quest
Thrive Quest is our signature 6-month program for ages 6–11, building emotional strength through movement, storytelling, and play. Delivered in partnership with schools and fully funded by donors, it ensures every child gets support where they learn and grow.

A consistent rhythm of twice-weekly active workshops combined with daily micro-habits to reinforce growth.

Built on five proven frameworks: SEL, Executive Function, Growth Mindset, Grit, and PERMA (Positive Psychology)

Designed to reduce the burden on teachers by blending human connection with data-informed insights.

We track real progress using rigorous tools like the NIH Toolbox and SELweb .

For Schools
Your students need mental health support, but your budget is tight and your teachers are stretched. Thrive Quest bridges the gap.

Your budget shouldn't dictate your students' well-being. Our donor partners cover the program costs, making this accessible to your community.

We teach emotional regulation and focus, which directly translates to less disruption and more learning time.

We don’t ask teachers to be therapists. We bring the facilitation and tools to you, reducing the burden on your staff.

Invest in Resilience
We are building a world where support arrives before the crisis. Here is how you can be part of the solution today.

Our Story
We founded iThrives because we have “lived the silence”—as worried parents, as struggling youth, and as community leaders.

We are turning our personal experience into public action. We believe that resilience can be taught, and early support changes everything.
